1. What is Peroo?
Peroo is a contemporary jewellery brand rooted in craftsmanship, storytelling, and intention. We design modern heirlooms in 925 silver, moissanite, and gold-plated finishes each piece crafted to reflect meaning, emotion, and timeless Beauty.
2. Are all Peroo products made in 925 silver?
Yes, all our jewellery is crafted in hallmarked 925 sterling silver—often paired with rhodium or 24K gold plating, and embellished with lab-grown moissanite or semi-precious stones for a luxurious yet ethical touch.
3. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
No, we do not offer Cash on Delivery. All orders must be prepaid using our secure payment options like UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Internet Banking, and Wallets. This helps us maintain seamless service and quicker deliveries.
4. How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery timelines vary based on the product:
- Ready-to-ship items: 5–7 business days
- Handcrafted / Made-to-order items: 15–20 business days
- Customized orders (like stitched blouses with sarees): May take an
additional 7–10 business days - Ready-to-ship items: 5–7 business days
5. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email or WhatsApp with your tracking details. You can follow the status of your delivery using the provided Link.
6. Can I return or exchange an item?
We offer returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible items. The product must be:
- Unused and unworn
- Returned in original packaging with all tags/certificates
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Please note: Customized, personalized, or made-to-order items are non-returnable unless damaged.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, kindly initiate a return and place a new order.
7. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
We’re sorry! If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at getperoo@gmail.com with an unboxing video and images. We'll assist you with a replacement or refund as per our policy.
8. How will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 business days. Processing time may vary based on your bank.
9. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, Peroo only delivers within India. We do not offer international shipping at the moment.
10. How do I take care of my Peroo jewellery?

- Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and moisture
- Avoid direct contact with perfumes, lotions, or harsh chemicals
