Estimated Delivery Timelines

• Delivery timelines for each product are mentioned on the respective product pages.
• Delivery time begins from the date of Order Confirmation (not from the order placement date).

 

Shipping Within India

• Standard Orders: Delivered within 5–7 business days from Order Confirmation.
• Customized Orders: Require 7–10 extra business days.
• Handcrafted Pieces: May take 15–20 working days for dispatch depending on design complexity.

 

Order Dispatch & Shipping Partners

We partner with reliable courier services such as Blue Dart, Smarter and Delivery to ensure timely and safe delivery.

• You’ll receive shipping updates and tracking details via email/SMS after dispatch.

 

Urgent or Time-Sensitive Orders

Have a deadline (e.g. gifting, events, weddings)?

Please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm feasibility.

 

Delays & Resolution

While we aim for on-time delivery, external factors such as weather, logistics issues, or regional disruptions may cause delays.

• If your order is delayed beyond 2 weeks of the estimated delivery date, we’ll reach out to check whether you’d like to proceed or Cancel.

 

Order Cancellations

• Cancellations can only be made before dispatch.
• Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled, and no refund will be issued.

 

International Shipping

At present, we do not offer international shipping. Peroo currently ships only within India.
