Returns & Refunds Policy

At Peroo, every piece is crafted with precision and love. However, if something doesn’t feel right with your purchase, we’re here to make the return and refund process easy and transparent.

 

7-Day Return Window

We offer a 7-day return policy. You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

 

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused & Unworn: The product must be in its original condition unworn, unused and unwashed.
  • Original Packaging: The item must be returned with all tags, certificates (if any) and in the original branded packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required to process your return.

 

How to Initiate a Return

  • Email Us: Write to us at getperoo@gmail.com with your order details and reasonfor return.
  • Return Approval: Once approved, we’ll share the return shipping address, label(if applicable), and detailed instructions.
  • Ship Back the Product: Please ensure the item is packed securely to avoiddamage during transit.

Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

 

Please Note

  • Customized, personalized, or made-to-order pieces are not eligible for returns orrefunds unless damaged.

 

Damages, Defects & Wrong Items

We take utmost care during quality checks, but if you receive:

  • A damaged, defective, or incorrect item,
  • Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at getperoo@gmail.com with unboxing videos/images.

We will assess the issue and provide a resolution—either via replacement, credit, or refund, depending on the case.

 

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to get another item, please:

  1. Initiate a return as above
  2. Once approved, place a new order for your desired item.

 

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about the refund approval status.
  • If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to reflect the refund in your account.
